The issues of confidentiality and intellectual and industrial property are central to any collaborative R&D approach and the cluster is greatly concerned by these matters.

By joining Techtera and becoming a partner in projects followed-up by the cluster, industrialists have the guarantee that any information they provide will not be disclosed and that their confidentiality will be respected.

Every project is provided with a specific confidentiality agreement and a dedicated web space on the OREE Intranet for competitiveness clusters: by logging in to this website, the partner to a project can share information and news with other partners, in strict confidentiality.

The Techtera services

The Techtera label

Techtera raises strategic questions addressing major technical and economical issues of the technical textile industry. The cluster assists collaborative research proposals resulting from this questioning process, up to trial phase and products prototyping.

The “Techtera approved” label guarantees a highly innovative project and a thorough collaborative process : 104 projects have already got this label.
