Project description

ELEVATEX will accelerate the twin-transition the textile industry, foster industrial resilience and recovery with a comprehensive vision of the value chain and its outlets, strengthen international competitiveness by increasing the innovation capacity of SMEs, facilitate access to markets and supply chains, and boost European cross-sectoral and cross-regional cooperation by establishing strategic partnerships.

The main activities of the project will consist in:

  • Implementing 2 open calls for cascade funding, with the objective of supporting textile SMEs in the development of new products and services, and in adopting new-to-firm processes and advanced technologies. A total of 1.980.000€ budget is allocated to supporting SMEs in this process of accelerating their innovation and reinforcing their competitiveness;
  •  Establishing strategic partnerships with applicative markets and solution providers for the twin-transition;
  • Going international, and developing business with Japan and the USA.
