BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- Ensure that all members of the association are represented.
Consisting of five committees of members:
EXECUTIVE BOARD
- Prepare and implement the decisions of the Board of Directors
- Decisions concerning approval of R&D projects, on the detailed advice of the Innovation Commission
- Techtera has been chaired by Louis Vovelle since 2012.
THE INNOVATION COMMISSION,
consisting of independent experts
- Meets once a month to assess joint R&D projects before asking for approval from the Executive Board.
Its operation is governed by internal regulations, which ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the work it does.
