MC4 project closing event

The European MC4,project dedicated to circularity in the composites industry using glass fibre or carbon fibre, comes to an end in March 2025.

Now that the project’s R&D activities have been completed, the results will be presented at JEC World, the leading trade fair for the composites industry.

These results include a boat roof using recycled carbon fibre, a paddle reformed from an end-of-life kayak using a special resin, a bus bumper made from recycled glass fibre, as well as quality analyses based on machine learning and life cycle and cost studies of the processes developed as part of the project.
