Clim8® has forged a strategic alliance with Millet, an iconic French brand and long-standing expert in mountaineering. This is based on a shared ambition: to push forwards the boundaries of thermal comfort in extreme conditions through textile innovation.
This partnership is founded on the convergence of two complementary areas of expertise. On the one hand, Millet’s expertise in designing technical clothing for high-altitude mountaineering; on the other, Clim8® technology, specialising in intelligent and adaptive thermal regulation. Together, the teams worked on integrating an active heating solution, capable of automatically adjusting to environmental conditions and the intensity of exertion.
The padded jacket exemplifies this co-development approach, designed to meet the demands of disciplines such as mountaineering, challenging hikes, and ski touring.
Apart from the product itself, this alliance demonstrates a shared commitment to sustainable innovation in the field of technical textiles, placing the user and performance at the heart of the design process.
