Techtera has been active in Japan for more than 10 years, especially through working upstream in the textile sector with the search for innovative materials.
The exchanges and meetings initiated by the cluster, as well as the challenge of working on the supply of raw materials, led to the signing of the Memorandum of Franco-Japanese Cooperation on Textiles, which has since been renewed.
Thanks to this partnership, Techtera can offer its members access to a catalogue dedicated to presenting innovative Japanese fibres. It includes more than 500 fibres, classed according to their function.
