GammaO has designed a running jacket that collects static electricity. This running garment incorporates triboelectric electrodes, which convert the energy of friction into electricity.
After 2 years of development, the product is finally commercially available under the Uppik brand.
This technology now lends itself to LED control, so the Uppik jacket allows users to be visible at night.
In addition, this ecological approach being at the heart of the company’s values, it was important to provide a product with high environmental value:
