Groupe Marck becomes Marck & Balsan

As part of its ongoing drive to improve its products and services, Groupe Marck decided to simplify and optimise its organisation to better serve its customers.

For this purpose, the business of all the group’s French subsidiaries have been merged into a single identity. This allows us to provide a global solution through a single legal entity.

This merger, effective 1 January 2021, concerns GROUP MARCK, BALSAN, BBA, MARCK, SENTINEL and SOFEXI, which now operate under the name Marck & Balsan.
