IFTH is part of the WhiteCycle project, a European consortium for the recycling of complex textile-based plastic waste.

IFTH (French Textile and Apparel Institute) is a partner in the consortium working for the WhiteCycle project, coordinated by Michelin.

Its main objective is to develop a circular system for transforming complex textile-based plastic waste into high value-added products. Co-funded by Horizon Europe, the European Union’s research and innovation programme, this European public/private partnership has sixteen units. It will last for four years.
