Founded in 1888 in the Vosges Mountains, the French textile firm, Le Jacquard Français, has been perpetuating the art of Jacquard weaving for over 140 years and embodies a certain French “art of living”.
The brand continues to expand its network of boutiques with the reopening of its historic Madeleine location in Paris. Completely redesigned, this 40-square-metre space unveils the Maison’s new architectural concept, conceived by interior designer Alexandrine Veneri. Light wood, fine materials, and natural hues create a warm décor inspired by the Vosges landscape and traditional craftsmanship, offering visitors an immersive experience centered on the texture and relief of Jacquard.
This news is accompanied by international recognition: the Parisian boutique at 28 rue Bonaparte, the Maison’s flagship store in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, was honored at the Global Innovation Awards (GIA) organized by the International Housewares Association in Chicago. It has been named the France 2026 Laureate, joining the 31 most remarkable store concepts in the world this year.
This distinction recognizes the quality of the retail concept developed by the House under the direction of Béatrice Brandt, in collaboration with interior designer Alexandrine Veneri.
