After ten years at the helm of Porcher Industries, André Genton is handing over his operational responsibilities as Chairman and CEO to Damien Chauvainc.

Chauvainc joins the Group with extensive leadership experience gained at major international companies across diverse sectors, including consulting, specialty materials, industrial equipment, and construction products. His career has also enabled him to develop expertise in demanding markets, particularly aerospace, automotive, and various industrial sectors.

André Genton is becoming Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In this new role, he will continue to contribute his experience, deep market knowledge, and strategic vision to support the Group’s ongoing growth.

Over the past decade, Porcher Industries has undergone a significant transformation, driven notably by an investment programme exceeding €120 million. These investments have strengthened the Group’s industrial capabilities, supported its international expansion, and accelerated growth across all its strategic markets.

Porcher Industries aims to combine continuity, stability, and a long-term vision to continue its transformation, strengthen its position in strategic markets, and support its growth ambitions.

Furthermore, Porcher Industries has reinforced its standing in the aerospace and defence sectors by obtaining NADCAP certification for the production of its thermoplastic materials — materials recognised for their performance and superior recyclability compared to thermosets.
