Techtera at the forefront of Smart Textiles

15 . 10 . 2025

Internationale E-Textiles Conference, from 12 to 14 november.

Smart textiles are already a reality in many sectors: health, sport, mobility, protection, and defence. Integrated sensors, connected textiles, interactive solutions, etc. These innovations are moving from concept to industrial implementation, thanks to a dynamic and committed industry.

During the International E-Textiles Conference from 12 to 14 november, Techtera will present its main initiatives to support this transformation:

  • STeW  Club (Smart Textiles & Wearables) :§  A real catalyst for innovation. This club, led by Techtera, unites manufacturers, researchers and startups around a common ambition: to accelerate the development and marketing of smart textiles.
Through regular meetings, shared experience, and prototyping workshops, the Club fosters the emergence of new projects. This way, it helps transform ideas into concrete applications more quickly.
  • The european project – ARMETISS : A strategic European initiative dedicated to defence and protection.
ARMETISS aims to develop new generations of smart textiles capable of integrating flexible sensors, embedded communication functions, and enhanced protective properties. During the conference, Techtera will share highlights from the project’s first year, both on its stand and during the exhibitor demonstrations, to present initial results and prospects for the next steps.
  • A network of mobilised members: Alongside Techtera, several major players in the sector will be present to demonstrate their expertise and commitment.AQ Tech, Satab, and the GEMTEX laboratory will each have a stand to present their innovations, thus confirming the richness and vitality of the French smart textile ecosystem.

Take advantage of these three days to share, meet and build the future of smart textiles together.
