CANOE is a technology centre, specializing in formulation and manufacturing processes for the development of finished and semi-finished products in the field of composites and advanced materials.
With its team of forty people, spread over three sites, CANOE has state-of-the-art means of innovation, to ensure the development of materials and processes; from the laboratory scale to the prototypes and pre-production series. The main objective of CANOE is to support companies in the development of new products and processes in response to industrial needs.
Among other equipment, CANOE has several coagulation spinning lines capable of producing up to 2kg/h of fibre, a continuous carbonization pilot line, fibre-cutting and sail-manufacturing tools that use wet-laid technology.
