IPC is the Industrial Technical Centre, whose expertise is dedicated to plastic and composite innovation in France. Since 2016, the profession has new resources for supporting firms, especially tiny firms and small to medium enterprises, whatever the process used. This is thanks to an involvement established to finance R&D, innovation, and technology & skills transfer.

Thanks to its rigorous and open methods, and working with experts and manufacturers, IPC is building a General Research Programme (GRP) around resourcing projects, joint projects and communal actions designed for the needs of manufacturers; in order to identify products and processes of the future. IPC has a national dimension and is represented throughout the country. IPC develops partnerships with numerous technical and scientific bodies.
