Eurosandow has established itself as a major player in textile processing for nearly a century. A well-known French manufacturer, the company specialises in the design and manufacture of elastic cables, nets and straps. Thus, ensuring complete mastery of the production chain.
With two sites in Europe (France and Romania) and a team of 140 employees, Eurosandow currently generates 69% of its revenue from exports. Its technical solutions are aimed at challenging sectors such as automotive, rail, aeronautics, military, and luxury goods.
In its workshop, the company has a diverse and high-performance stock of machines: 160 braiding machines, 14 weaving machines, 10 netting machines, 2 extrusion lines, 6 over-moulding presses, 1 injection moulding press, 11 ultrasonic machines, and 50 sewing stations. These allow a daily production of 17,000 metres of products. This capacity demonstrates its unique expertise, combining tradition and innovation.
This versatility is based on complementary skills — braiding, weaving, knitting, crimping, extrusion, over-moulding, injection moulding — which open up a wide range of possibilities concerning technical textile solutions. The design office plays a central role in this dynamic strategy, co-developing tailor-made products with clients, capable of meeting the most demanding specifications.
