On September 21, the Jarnias group, the French leader for “working at height”, announced that it was taking a stake in the capital of Acousteam, a company specializing in noise pollution reduction systems.
In fact, according to the WHO (World Health Organization), in Europe, noise pollution represents the second source of damage to health, just behind air pollution. Construction companies have a great role to play in solving this problem.
This is an issue well understood by Acousteam. Since 2015, it has been designing innovative systems to fight this type of pollution. The acoustic tarpaulin covers, developed by this Grenoble-based company, are resistant to bad weather and difficult working conditions. Acousteam also makes tents to isolate the noisiest activities on construction sites.
