  • Project stakes: The OzoCell project will establish the technical, economic and environmental benefits of producing cellulosic artificial fibres by recycling biomass by-products. The work carried out will enable us to offer the textile industry a new, greener alternative to existing processes such as viscose or Lyocell, which is more economical in terms of natural resources and chemical inputs. The industrialisation of OzoCell cellulose filaments and fibres should meet the technical needs of the sports and food transport markets. The stresses exerted on a textile during sporting activities are numerous and specific, and differ from those required for a food net.
