Development of Chamatex

On January 4, Gilles Réguillon, CEO of Chamatex, announced the acquisition of Pierre Rocle, a company specialising in curtain and upholstery fabrics. This merger allows Chamatex to increase its turnover to over €24 million; a takeover that reinforces Chamatex’s position in the “furnishing” sector. With many skills and an integrated creation centre, Pierre Rocle strengthens Chamatex in one of its three areas of excellence, namely furnishing, “by activating commercial and industrial interaction” and by endowing the enterprise with an additional production tool.
