ALPEX Management, a financial holding company with a 100% stake in ALPEX Protection, a French laminator specialising in waterproof and breathable fabrics for personal protective equipment, has finalised the acquisition of NT MAJOCCHI, the Italian leader in the development and production of coated, laminated fabrics. The merger of these two manufacturers gives birth to a European group, specialising in high-performance technical fabrics.
The increase in industrial capacities, as well as the expansion of technical skills on a wider range of products, will strengthen its position as European leader, especially as regards military applications.
