The cluster’s quality management has once again been recognised.
This new version of the quality management system has been significantly changed compared with the previous one. The vision is more global. It focuses on the systematic consideration of the context and the expectations, needs and requirements of those involved (funders, members, customers, partners, etc).
Management of risks and opportunities is at the heart of an efficient system, as described in the standard. The whole organisation worked together to prepare for the certification examination. It gives the teams a new look at the cluster’s activities and boosts their motivation – a great success in the service of its members!
