Responding to the needs and preparing the future
For several weeks, the textile industry has been mobilised to respond to shortage of products for protection from COVID-19. The current situation must not overshadow the rest of our activities. Thus, although Techtera is involved in various work groups alongside the DGA (Directorate General of Armaments), our Innovation Cluster continues its involvement and support for projects; thereby responding to the needs of the textile sector while continuing to prepare the future.
As part of this, Techtera, with the active participation of the Scientific and Technological Commission (STC), maintains its work of innovative project approval. Since the start of confinement, thanks to the responsiveness of the STC and our Innovation Cluster, seven projects have been approved.
The next STC date is already fixed! It will take place on June 24, 2020. The Innovation Cluster’s support is a key factor in the successful search for funding.
Also, the public authorities are still maintaining calls for projects and support for innovation among manufacturers.
So, do not hesitate to call on the services of Techtera as regards organising work groups and submitting innovative projects.
